Meet Our Dentists
Dr. Michael Allen
Dr. Allen has lived in Colorado for the past 30 years and considers himself a native. He received his undergraduate degree at Colorado College, graduating with honors. A second-generation dentist, he attended the University of Louisville Dental School, receiving his DMD degree Magna Cum Laude. He’s a member of the dental academic honor society Omicron Kappa Upsilon. At graduation, he received awards for implant dentistry as well as treatment planning. Following dental school, he completed additional training with a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency through NYU/Langone health.
Dr. Allen is committed to advancing his knowledge and your treatment options through continuing education. In addition to attending classes and workshops several times a year, he is a member of a local study club where he discusses cases with colleagues to optimize planning, outcomes, and coordination of specialty care. He is a member of the Colorado Dental Association, American Dental Association, and is working toward fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. Outside of work, he likes gardening and home improvement projects, skiing, and hanging out with his wife and two daughters.

Dr. Morgan Williams
General Dentist
Dr. Williams brings a diverse educational and clinical background to her practice of dentistry. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Wyoming and spent several years studying abroad in Harbin and Chengdu, China, before moving to Philadelphia to attend Temple University, where she earned her DMD degree.
Her experience in dentistry began as a dental assistant, giving her an early appreciation for both the clinical and personal aspects of patient care. Since then, she has had the opportunity to work with patients of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life, caring for a wide range of dental needs. This experience has shaped her approach to dentistry and her belief in providing comprehensive, thoughtful care that is tailored to each individual patient.
Dr. Williams enjoys getting to know her patients and believes that building trust and open communication is an important part of providing great dental care. She is committed to continuing to learn and grow as a clinician while creating a comfortable and positive experience for her patients.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Williams enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring the Colorado outdoors, and of course, finding great food in the area.

Brandon
Dental Hygienist
Brandon is a Colorado native, raised west of Trinidad. He has been a Dental Hygienist with Advantage Dental Group for three years and when he’s not in the office you can find him working hard on his Master’s Degree in Applied Mathematics.
Michelle
Dental Hygienist
As a Dental Hygienist, Michelle brings decades of experience to our practice. She loves helping our patients treat their gum disease and achieve their best dental health using her skill and training. Be assured, she is also a personal acquaintance of the tooth fairy.
Elise
Dental Hygienist
Elise has been with our office for almost a year but has been a Dental Hygienist for over 30 years, most of that time with our own Dr. Roberts. She enjoys the outdoors on her small farm and spending time with her family.
Evette
Dental Assistant
With 20 years of experience, we are happy to have had Evette, a Dental Assistant, with us for more than 2 years. A California native, we are glad she chose Pueblo as her new home. In her off time, she enjoys movies with her family.
Kristal
Dental Assistant
Kristal, a Dental Assistant, has been with us for almost a year and brings 15 years of experience to Advantage. Away from the office, she loves spending time with her spunky granddaughter.
Lyndsey
Patient Coordinator
Lyndsey, our Patient Coordinator, works hard to help the office run smoothly. When she’s not here, you can find her caring for her young son, hanging out with her family, and two crazy dogs.

Our dentists Dr. Allen and Dr. Roberts believe in interdisciplinary, comprehensive care. In order to give you the best treatment possible, our team may refer you to our trusted specialists such as:
- Oral Surgeons: Specialists in extractions, implants, complex medical histories, pathology, and maxillofacial surgery.
- Endodontists: Specialists who focus on root canals and the treatment of pulpal tissues.
- Periodontists: Specialists who treat the supporting bone and gums, including placement of implants, treatment of periodontal disease, and gum surgeries.
- Prosthodontists: Specialists with advanced training in complex restorative treatment, including full mouth rehabilitations, advanced esthetic treatments, and fixed, implant-supported dentures.
